Size: 0.2 mile EW by 0.5 mile NS - Shoreline 0.4 mile
Features: Beach, low dune, and forest that attract hiking,
picnicking, and camping. Access is via a steep private road over
private land with parking at the bluff top. The frontal dune is
covered with dune plants. The rocky beach has undeveloped camping
sites on the edge of the forest.
Short-term: Plan safe access with limited picnic facilities.
Assess camping and improve ecologically sturdy sites. This area
merits a careful site plan.
